I just witnessed Dougie perform a miracle! Marvin caught a tiny little baby mouse who looked dead when I found him on the floor but keen eyed Poynter spotted the little guy breathing!
So Dougie picked him up and cupped him in his hands. The little guy looked half dead until Dougie breathed his magic breath on him at which point young mousey suddenly came to life and started moving!!!
The mouse still looks pretty rough but he’s gone back to spend the night at Dougies (away from my cats!) and hopefully he’ll make it! I’ll update you with the outcome in the morning but keep your fingers crossed for the little one!
Here’s the makeshift ambulance (shoe box) he’s being transported and staying in at Dougies. I didn’t manage to get a snap of the miracle of Dougies magic breath I’m afraid but let me tell you, If i’m ever caught by a cat and thrown around until I’m half dead then I just pray Dougies around to breathe me back to life!
